Debbie Mossman and Sue Trice take up a position under the  Snack Bar thermometer. Sue's Bro, Mike tells us that these photos were taken after a senior lifesaving class given by the "legendary" Jake Derr. Jake grew up in Shepherdstown and was attending Shepherd College. Shannondale was a major Summer employer of the students there.
