We had to prove it to ourselves and yes, the lake WAS under construction. You can also see a better view of the rustic signage heralding your entry into the 'dale. In the background the old configuration of Clubhouse Drive is seen. Who can name some of the security guards that diligently protected(read hassled the teens) the 'dale's populace?
