Golly Gee, we can't get enough of the plentiful pulchritude offered by these photos. It's a pleasure to caption them. Our bevy of beauties(We know, it's not politically correct) stand in the usual spot for the official portrait of Women's Club officers. In a change of subject(editors' choice) we fondly recall the many times we traveled down those half log treads on the stairway to glimpse the crowd awaiting in the Trophy Lounge. From the time we were 10 years old speeding down to see our chums to the time we kept a more cautious pace in our fifties, that descent held our fascination.

Now, back to the show- The officers of the Club are being installed by(oops, we don't know!) on that storied stairway( remember the photos from previous dances displayed on the landing wall?). Top to bottom with one unknown(help us please)- Sylvia Hartman, Trudy Woods, Stormy Steed, Unknown, Doris Nicholas, Betty Lou Bryant, Kay Hecker and Mary Schroder.
