Part 1 of the sales brochure promoting our Club. We'll say this for the developer, Charlie Johnson: He was a man of his word. Does the scene look familiar? The only thing we see that wasn't there was a fountain in the kiddie pool. And what's there that we don't see is a first class bath house/snack bar and a 65 acre lake. Remember, this was printed in 1956 when the footers of the clubhouse were yet to be poured!!!
