It's now 1969 and the Castle's walls have been built. But this isn't just a Castle, it's a "Time-Share" castle. Yes, ladies and gents, timesharing isn't a recent concept. The Stockstills and the Ferlands bought two membership lots and built their dream cottage on one. Consequently, both fams had membership in our S'dale Club. We've mentioned before one of the favorite outdoor activities of the 'dale was raking rocks back and forth on a new lot. Looks like the Stockstill/Ferland House(as it became known in those days) will afford many hours of that fun-filled avocation.

Seated on the entryway to the Castle(we'll retain our imagery and call it a drawbridge) are from L-R Bob Stockstill(standing), sitting in back; Mark Stockstill, Vi Ferland, Debbie Ferland, and Brian S. On the front step is Billy S. Are you boys going to help Dad rake those rocks???
