John Stover, Grandson of Henry and Marian Sabatini(who lived in the house off Laurel Hill Road that overlooked the spillway), looks a tad intimidated by Shannondale's very own Santa's helper. Maybe it was the bells that the jolly elf had at the ready, because WHO could accuse such a cute little fellow of naughtiness? We'll Let John go on to explain:
"I have found two pictures of myself and Santa from Christmas at the clubhouse. I distinctly remember the gingerbread men. By looking at the pictures, I can only guess that it was sometime between 1975 - 1976. Hence the great looking outfits of the '70's. I am unsure who the young lady behind me is."

And audience, who is the young lady? She certainly looks familiar!
Aha, Charlene McDermitt to the rescue again- She tells us(3-7-2005) that the young lady with bambino in tow is alumnus, Marlene Hall- Thanks Char(and BTW, the H.W. is doin' tolerable well right now)
