Dwight Walters enjoys the heat on the boardwalk. We don't know the young man on our left. Lake Shannondale, being a relatively small impoundment, allowed no motorized watercraft but those which operated on battery power. The outboard in the water was for swift rescue in case of an emergency in the lake. The battery Power restriction did cause some controversy as some of the floating barges became larger and larger and operated on multiple battery packs.
