Judy Taylor uses the floor of the Lake View Bar as an impromptu runway to show off a white sweater and what looks like an ultrasuede skirt. Ray Tapper seems unimpressed by the show and deep in thought. We know he can't keep that concentration long in the presence of such beauty!!
