No date here, but it must NOT have been the Xmas Parade in Charles Town. Bill and Betty Dickey stroll by the square dancing float headed East on Washington St. I haven't any name on the group nor the year. The Dickey's look spiffy decked out in their western attire. Bill and Bonnie were also involved in squares. Does anyone have any more info?
