I grew up in Liberia West Africa in the 50s and 60 and 70s and some of these fotos are a hoot...primitive forested settings and so similar to the ones I have from Firestone in Liberia. Including skiing on a river behind an outboard - but our rivers had pike, barracuda and shark.
