A short word of explanation about the Xmas craft bazaar. Throughout the year, a group of talented women in the Women's Club would meet in the Lakeview Room to fashion the works of art offered at the bazaar. These women were appropriately named THE CRAFTY LADIES. They never met a craft they couldn't conquer. A major fundraiser, the money from the craft sales went to scholarship funds, civic projects, Clubhouse improvements and other worthwhile endeavors. Now, doesn't June look pretty crafty?
