Now we're excited to have received some vintage slides of the Shannondale environment. We see the Clubhouse looking as though its adorned for Fall, perhaps for the 1958 Halloween Party( from the looks of the club, that would probably have been the first social event- what say Mick?) Anyway in the following series we will see some oldies but goodies. As an aside, we'll provide a little photo history. The slides provided were taken with a stereoscopic camera to produce a 3-D effect( for those with two peepers). We were able to scan them with a little patience( make that more than a little!). An example appears below.

Pretty cool. eh? Does anyone know where Jane could find a stereo projector?  She has a bunch of the slides taken by her dad, John Schwenzer, way back when.
