Out of place, again- c'est la vie- Dorothy McGee is a mover and shaker in the Democratic Party in Jefferson County- Dale Manuel is an educator as well as a delegate( he retires this year, 2004, to run for the County Commission. The Honorable Mr. Heckler has announced plans to run for his old office( the one he held at the time of the photo) at the age of 89 in 2004. We say, go for it, Ken!

We were recently told(8/23/2005) by Dale that he worked at Shannondale as a callow youth. We wonder if HE has any photos to contribute?? BTW- Dale won his election in 2004- You can call him Mr. Commissioner!
