Bob and Betty Lou Bryant on the right will have to put on their thinking caps and help us here. Who is the ultimate recipient of the bouquet? Bob appears to be reading from a crib sheet( if you don't know what a crib sheet is, Bob can surely tell you) and Betty Lou looks radiant. Is Lil Viana going to present the bouquet or did she receive those yellow mums. The event was an October Dinner/Dance sponsored by the Citizens of Shannondale. Tell all, Bob and B.L.!! Betty Lou, you rate an A+- Betty Lou can't tell us the specifics, but Bob, in his capacity of  Prez of the Citizens of S'dale, was most likely presenting Lil with a bouquet for her efforts in (what else) decorating the ballroom for the evening's festivities(2-2004).
