One didn't often see Jessie Nowell bellying up to the bar. In fact some at the Club thought Col. Nowell was a widower as Jessie was more of a stay-at-home type of gal! We think that the event that precipitated this rare opportunity to see Jessie was the wedding shower seen a few frames back. The bride-to-be being feted was Lana Marcus.
