Those lines appear in almost every photo taken from this perspective(and there were many, many so done). We could have smudged them out of the picture, but we're not presenting a Photography show here, just photos of how it was way back when. We don't have but one clue to an identity here. The gentleman in the yellowish shirt is wearing a distinctive chapeau and shades. We think we know, but can any of you guys give us the ID?
